Katie Hopkins is having her "worst week ever." (GOOD!)
After being suspended by Twitter for her hatemongering (Thank you, Twitter), she was targeted by Archie Manners and Josh Pieters for the most epic revenge plot ever! Manners and Pieters convinced Hopkins to fly to Prague and collect a (fake) award from a (fake) organization called Capetown Collective for the Freedom of Speech. They awarded Hopkins an award entitled "Campaign to Unify the Nation Trophy." The two masterminds said it was hard to stay in character the entire evening, especially when Hopkins stood up and made a hateful (understatement, btw) speech. Here is what Hopkins said in her speech: "If you call 'Mohammed' in a school playground in the UK, 2,000 f---ing kids come running, and you don't want any of them, Epileptics are all weirdos — they're up there with the Asians, and East London is fairly s---ty at the best of times, 82% Muslim, what can I say? Those people are raping their own mother." (WOW, b*tch!) Well, the joke was on her, when the backdrop behind her spelled out C U N T. People from Hopkins' camp have not commented on what has transpired (my guess is they are already trying to put out a lot of fires). My Two Cents This is the most ingenious thing I've ever heard of! I tip my hat to Manners and Pieters for their incredible plot! They did exactly what everyone else in the world would have loved to do. They just had the testiculer fortitude (and the funds) to do it. On behalf of the entire world, Thank You Josh Pieters and Archie Manners! You are heroes!

Kobe Bryant is expected to be remembered during this year's Super Bowl. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell made the announcement to reporters on Wednesday, saying this:
"I'm proud of… the way our players, the way our league, responded [on Sunday, after the accident] -- including a moment of silence during the game, with Kobe's picture up -- and the way our fans responded. And we did that again on Monday night. We as a league have been very responsive, and I think respectful, of somebody who contributed so much to sports." Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna, and 7 others died this past weekend in a helicopter crash. The news crippled social media, and had sports fans and (non sports fans) heartbroken. My Two Cents Kobe Bryant's legacy transcends all facets of sports. His contributions to sports is highly respected and will always live on. I think it is a beautiful thing that he will be recognized at this year's Super Bowl. Kobe, we miss you!
Last year, Dawson's Creek's own Joshua Jackson married British actress Jodie Turner Smith. At the same time, they disclosed that they are expecting their first child together.
Turner-Smith is currently 7 months pregnant, and both expectant parents are figuring out where to raise their baby....and America is NOT an option. The couple have two reasons why they will not be raising their child in America: 1. White Supremacy 2. Gun Policies Turner-Smith described the racial dynamics in America as being fraught, and that "white supremacy is overt." Additionally, the mom-to-be said that she does not want her "kids growing up doing active shooter drills at school." So where are the newlyweds (and soon-to-be parents) thinking about moving? They are seriously considering Jackson's home country of Canada. |
