Forecasters at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) are predicting a relatively normal hurricane season. They are forecasting 9-15 named storms, with 2-4 hurricanes being category 3 or higher. Neil Jacobs, acting NOAA admin states that the forecast reflects various climate factors. He goes on to say that the ongoing El Nino phenomenon will continue. While the El Nino effect is known to cut down the amount of storms forecasted during a hurricane season, the warming temperatures of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean, and an enhanced African monsoon, will increase the number and intensity of storms. While 9-15 storms are being forecasted, the outlook does not suggest that all these storms will make landfall. Hurricane names:

John Legend came into 'The Voice' with a mission. His mission was to coach hopefuls on their journey, and to win 'The Voice'.
He coached. He inspired. He brought the best out of his group. All of his hard work paid off when Maelyn Jarmon, a member of #TeamJohn, was announced the winner of season 16. While winning his freshman season should be taking ALL.THE.HEADLINES, something else is making its rounds. After the finale, Legend was interviewed backstage about trash talk from Monday's episode (on Monday's episode, Shelton said that Legend could kiss his a**). On Tuesday night, Legend had a rebuttal. "Oh Blake. You know, I really love Blake and enjoyed getting to know him this year. He's a very arrogant b*stard. But I had this feeling that he was gonna be the one kissing someone's a** after the show, and I was right once again." My Two Cents Oooh, looks like Blake Shelton has a new sparring partner. Dressbarn has been a fashion staple for the average woman for close to 60 years. Sadly, the retailer will be closing all 650 stores.
Steven Taylor, Dressbarn's CFO, reports that the retail chain has not been "operating at an acceptable level of profitability in today's retail environment." The owner of Dressbarn, Ascena Retail Group, will be focusing its attention on their more profitable brands, such as Ann Taylor and Lane Bryant. There is no word on when the stores will close. Dressbarn has nearly 6,800 employees. 
Grumpy Cat, whose face that launched countless memes, has died. She was 7. Grumpy Cat's human took to Twitter and announced her death on Friday. Grumpy had been suffering from a urinary tract infection, and it became too severe for Grumpy to fight. Her human, Tabatha, was holding her when she died.

Sorry WWE, there is a new sheriff in town. All Elite Wrestling announced on Wednesday morning that they have partnered with TNT.
Beginning later this year, everyone will be able to experience the fastest rising sports entertainment company in history. We already know that All Elite Wrestling has some incredible talent, many of which used to work for WWE. Their biggest acquisition, Earl Hebner, was announced this morning. Anyone else they've acquired has to be equally as amazing! More about this partnership will be announced later today. My Two Cents Man, I hope they broadcast on Monday nights. Looks like All Elite has hired another veteran of the WWE. Longtime senior referee Earl Hebner has joined the All Elite Wrestling family.

Sad news to report. Iconic actress Doris Day has died, nearly 2 months after her 97th birthday.
Day was best known for her talents in both cinema and music. She had many hit songs in the 1940s, 50s, and 60s. In cinema, she starred in hit movies, such as "The Man Who Knew Too Much," "Love Me or Leave Me," and "Pillow Talk." "Pillow Talk" provided her her one and only Best Actress Oscar nomination. The movie was also her greatest box office success. Since the 1980s, Doris Day devoted her time to animals, adopting many stray animals. She helmed the Doris Day Animal Foundation, which she founded in 1978. She was married 4 times, and had one son (her son passed away in 2004). My Two Cents I loved Doris Day. She was genuine sunshine, and absolutely beautiful. She will be missed. 
Turns out 'For the People' wasn't for the people. The legal drama, which starred Hope Davis and Britt Robinson was canceled by ABC network. The show averaged just over 4 million views this past year.
The show took place in the Southern District of New York Federal Court, and it followed the lives and careers of federal public defenders and prosecutors. My Two Cents I'm sad to see this show go, it was a great show.

On Thursday, Evan, Carly, and their 14-month-old daughter Bella revealed that baby #2 is on the way! The happy couple revealed the news on Instagram, in typical Evan and Carly fashion: chock full of cuteness and silliness. Carly posted a pic of the whole family with the caption: "Beer Belly, Bella Belly, BABY BELLY!!! We so SO EXCITED to FINALLY announce Bella’s little brother or sister will be here in November!!! Making his first public appearance ever, behold the 7th in line for the Throne: Baby Sussex!
Proud mama and papa, the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry, showed off their newborn son at St. George's Hall at Windsor Castle on Wednesday morning. Baby Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle were surrounded by loved ones at the baby reveal. The new parents are expected to introduce Baby Sussex to the Queen soon. Baby Sussex was born early Monday morning, weighing in at 7lbs, 3oz. Shortly after the birth of his son, Prince Harry gushed about the experience of seeing his son born. He recalled it was an incredible experience and that he was so proud of his wife. He was over the moon in love with his new baby. My Two Cents He is an absolute cutie pie! Welcome to the world, Baby Sussex!
