Last night, Taylor Swift cemented her legacy as an Icon at the 2019 Teen Choice Awards, and she did it in style. She strutted the red carpet, showing off her wavy blonde hair and multicolored outfit. While her outfit is gorgeous, it wasn't the outfit that has people talking. It was her facial expression. Her facial expression has people comparing her to a younger Morgan Fairchild.
While perusing Instagram this morning, many of the comments on her pictures are of people making this comparison. Some have even compared her to Dolly Parton. Taylor Swift has not come out and commented on the comparisons but I'm sure she is humbled and honored to be compared to such legends.

If you are stumbling onto Instagram on this Monday morning, and you follow Jessica Simpson, you may have encountered a profile filled with "free iPhone giveaway" messages. Her mini stories were also traded in for macbook, tesla, giftcard, and apple watch giveaways. Now, it looks like camp Simpson is trying to neutralize the situation, but every time a hacker post is taken down, another pops up. They also disabled her comments section.
Jessica Simpson has not posted anything herself for 2 days, and it was an adorbs pic of her baby Birdie Mae.

Hopefully the hacker is found so we can continue to bask in the cuteness of Jessica Simpson's beautiful family.

The young romance between Liam and Miley has sung its "Last Song." On Saturday, a rep for Cyrus broke the news that the couple had separated after 8 months of marriage.
"Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time. Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what’s best while they both focus on themselves and careers. They still remain dedicated parents to all of their animals they share while lovingly taking this time apart. Please respect their process and privacy."

For the last few days, fans began to speculate that something was up when Miley was photographed without her wedding and engagement rings. If you follow the 26-year-old on Instagram, you know that she has been on vacation in Italy. She was joined by her friend Kaitlynn Carter, who is also dealing with a breakup (she and ex Brody Jenner had recently split after a year of marriage), and two more friends later on.

Earlier in the summer, Cyrus revealed that she does not fit into the stereotypical wife role.
"I think it’s very confusing to people that I’m married. But my relationship is unique. I don’t know that I would ever publicly allow people in there because it’s so complex, and modern, and new that I don’t think we’re in a place where people would get it. I mean, do people really think that I’m at home in a f—ing apron cooking dinner? I’m in a hetero relationship, but I still am very sexually attracted to women. People become vegetarian for health reasons, but bacon is still f–ing good, and I know that. I made a partner decision. This is the person I feel has my back the most. I definitely don’t fit into a stereotypical wife role. I don’t even like that word."

My Two Cents
I'm not the least bit surprised by the split. No offense to Miley, but she is a free spirit. She has never been someone who likes to be tied down to anyone or anything (unless it was something extremely special). She "can't be tamed (at least not right now)."
As for Liam, he seems like a solid guy who is ready to settle down, get married, and have human kids. Miley and Liam, while they do share that bond, they aren't each other's "person."

Am I sad that this relationship has ended? Yeah, I'm a little sad. I'm a sucker for love stories (otherwise I wouldn't have a subscription to Lifetime and Hallmark). I wish both of them the best, and I hope they find the love that they are looking for.

As parents, we are obsessed with witnessing every milestone. We want to see our child's first smile, the first time they grab their cute little feet, and the first time they eat solid food, and more. The biggest milestone, however, that every parent wants to witness is baby's first time walking.
Last night, my (almost) 15 month old son walked for the first time. It was the biggest moment of my time as a parent and it was the second happiest moment of my life (his birth is the happiest).

While I was disappointed (at the time) that I didn't get it on video (so I could show my loved ones), I'm glad that I could be in that moment with my son. He's going to walk again, and I will have plenty of opportunities to record him toddling along.

Fellow parents, if you are waiting for your toddler to take his or her first steps, the feeling you get when you witness those first steps is amazing. I highly recommend that you don't try to record your tot's first walk, only because being in that moment is something you will remember forever. The moment is way too special.
