All aboard the soosh train! Choo choo! Complete with the famous eyebrow raise and a Motley Crue form-fitting shirt, Dwayne Johnson unveiled his latest soosh spread. Johnson also showed his Instagram followers his personalized chopsticks, and said that he isn't ****ing around with this meal.
Following his nom fest, Dwayne Johnson settled in with his famous cookies (sorry folks, no pie this time LOL). I really need to step my game up at the gym (and at home), if I want to nom like The Rock. #TheRock #DwayneJohnson #SooshTrain #CheatDayMeal #Sushi #WWE #Bodybuilding #Muscles ![]()

Journey Background:
As you all can tell, I love working out. I love running, I love weightlifting, I love living a healthy lifestyle. I started this journey in 2011 and had reached my goal weight in early 2012. I kept the weight off for a year. In February 2013, my life changed in a pretty tragic way. I was maintaining my 90+ pound weight loss, and I was strength training to gain muscle. At the same time, I was working full time as a CNA. I loved my job and I loved being in the gym. Back Injury: One day before work, I was getting up from taking a nap on the couch. I was exhausted from working a long shift the day before, and immediately going to the gym thereafter. As I was getting up from the couch, I felt the most horrible pain in the world. My spine felt like it had collapsed on itself. I pushed through the pain and tried to make it to work. A mile down the road from the house, I was still in agony. The pain was so bad that I was nauseous and seeing double. There was no way I would make it to work in this condition, so I called out and went to walk-in. I rested for a few days and went back to work. I was still in a ton of pain, but I was determined to tough it out, even if it meant asking my co-workers for help. A month later, the pain was so bad I had trouble walking. The first time that happened, I was at home and I nearly collapsed on the floor. I couldn't put weight on my legs at all. It was then I knew that this was serious. I took time off of work so I could figure out what was going on. It took months to find a doctor who would take me seriously. In between all of the chaos, there were days at a time where I couldn't walk. I was terrified. I also entered into depression. I had gotten down to a good weight, so weight couldn't be blamed for my spine issues. I was eating enough each day, so I wasn't overeating or under-eating. I couldn't figure it out! During the second half of 2013 and early 2014, I did all of the conservative treatments: physical therapy, injections, keeping weight low (I had gained 20 pounds due to depression), and more. In March of 2014, I was scheduled to have a discogram (it's a procedure where doctors inject dye into all your spinal discs in order to inflict pain. This is how they find diseased discs). When they got to my L4 and L5 discs, I was in the most excruciating pain imaginable (it was worse than labor). I had to bite down on a towel so I didn't scream at the top of my lungs. At the same time, I felt validated, because now I had proof that I was in pain. The neurosurgeon immediately cleared me for my first spinal fusion. The surgery was pretty scary, and I had hope that it would work. Sadly it didn't. I developed a complication called pseudarthrosis (failure to fuse). I became depressed again, and the depression led to me losing the love of my life. I drank, started cutting myself, and even contemplated suicide. I decided to enter treatment for depression and I completed the program. I was feeling better than I had in a long time. In 2016, I resumed my weight loss journey. I went slow because of my continuing back issues, but in early 2017, I was much smaller, and in better shape for my second spinal surgery. During this time, I was dating a really nice guy and he was with me every step of the way. Within a few months of the surgery, I was pain free. This was a huge deal because I was in moderate to severe pain everyday for several years. I started working out again and I went back to my love of running. During this time, I felt on top of the world. Everything I hoped for and dreamed for had come true. Then, the guy I had been dating broke up with me. I was sad, and a month after that, I hung out with a guy I had known for over a decade. In September of 2017, I found out I was pregnant. The pregnancy, combined with my surgically repaired spine, didn't mix well, and I was on restricted activity for a long time. I lost jobs because I was on restricted activity, and was in physical therapy for a few months. In May of 2018, I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy. About 5 and a half weeks later, I was back in the gym. I started off slow for a while, and then I build up my intensity. Now, I am back to running, I am lifting heavy, and I am getting into the best shape of my life. I have come a long way. From being practically disabled with a spinal injury, to running, I can't help but feel so proud. As of this post, I am already at my pre-pregnancy size, and I'm 5 months postpartum. The whole point of sharing my story is to let people know that anything is possible. If you believe in yourself, have faith, and know your limitations, you can achieve anything. After a major spinal injury, and a tough pregnancy, I never dreamed I'd be the strongest I've ever been. While running is my go-to cardio, running is also my therapy. I feel free when I'm running. While I love being a mom, being a single mom stresses me out. If it weren't for running, I would still be having panic attacks. If you have an injury, please don't give up on yourself. You have the power within you to achieve the impossible. Don't let an injury stop you from living. Believe in yourself. Start slow, don't beat yourself up if you can't keep up with other people. Showing up is what matters. Show up for your life. You got this! #fitmom #spinalsurgery #fitness #workouts #spinalinjury #motivation #getitdone #inspiration #cardio #strengthtraining #girlswholift #fitmama #weightlossjourney ![]()
This morning, Facebook unveiled a new feature, and I accidentally stumbled upon it while commenting on a few news stories.
When you go to make a comment, and you click in the box, you are greeted with a box, such as the one below (see pic below). The box gives you an easier option for tagging your friends in posts. Before, users were given a drop down box with names of people on your friends list, and those who are not on your friends list. This new feature makes it more user friendly, so you don't tag the wrong person in a post. Readers: Have you noticed the feature? Do you like it? Let me know in the comments below. #Facebook #TechNews #SocialMedia #Newsfeed #Tagging ![]()

Last night, the WWE Universe was shattered when Universal Champion Roman Reigns revealed his Leukemia diagnosis and subsequently relinquished the championship.
Roman Reigns, aka Joe, came out to the ring and revealed that he was diagnosed with Leukemia when he was 22. He went into remission quickly, but he recently learned that the cancer had come back. He said that, while he is leaving to beat cancer for a 2nd time, he is in no way retiring. He said he will be back, but right now, his health and his family come first. The WWE Universe in Providence, RI chanted "Thank You Roman" for several minutes, and it even trended on social media (and still is trending). Reigns exited the ring and was greeted by his brothers in arms Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. They embraced him in a hug and cried. After the show came back from commercial, the announce team (Renee Young, Michael Cole, and Corey Graves) expressed their deepest well-wishes and prayers for Reigns. Fellow superstars and fans sent their prayers and thoughts to Reigns. My Two Cents I cried so hard when I heard that Roman Reigns/Joe had cancer. For the most part, I have been a huge fan of his (I disliked him for a period of time after he defeated The Undertaker at Wrestlemania sometime ago). I remember when The Shield debuted on WWE. Even though I'm older than Roman Reigns, I had a bit of a crush on him. Not only is he pretty good-looking, he's freaking bada** in the ring. He is the big dawg, and the ring is his yard. It will forever be his yard. Roman, thank you for entertaining us. Superman-punch that cancer! Pin it for the 3 count! Sending you heartfelt well-wishes and prayers to you and yours, big dawg! See you soon! #ThankYouRoman #RomanReigns #WWE #WWERaw #CrownJewel #FcukCancer #Leukemia #RAW Watch below (get tissues): ![]()
For weeks, we've been witness to the brutal exchange of words between Rowdy Ronda Rousey and The Bella Twins. The whole ordeal happened after The Bella Twins turned heel and attacked Rousey.
Now that Evolution is around the corner, the exchanges are becoming more savage and more personal. If you follow these ladies on Instagram, you've seen the women go back and forth, attacking work ethics, relationships, and more. Rousey's term "Do Nothing Bellas" has spread like wildfire, which has ignited the fight in The Bellas. Yesterday, The Bella Twins said this: "Wow, 24 matches sick. 337 matches, runs two companies, has two hit shows plus a successful YouTube channel, been making you more famous all week AND been training hard to kick your a** at Evoluation...hhhhmmm sure you aren't the #DNB??????? N #Bellalution #Evolution." Rousey clapped back with: "You know someone typing the title âProducerâ next to your name in the credits doesnât make you some kind of god. The extent of your involvement in @totalbellas and @totaldivas is you let them film you act like idiots whenever they want and in exchange they give you fancy titles in the credits. whoopidy-f-n-doo. And If having a âsuccessfulâ YouTube channel makes it to your short list of accomplishments, youâre not doing near as well as you imagine. Iâm not even going to get into how bragging on your own fame is possibly one of the most narcissistic things you could do... Because Iâm busy and touring the northeast with Wwe live at this very moment. Whatâre you doing? Taking another picture in a wet T-shirt while trying to sell wine? See you at #Evolution #DoNothingBellas #Oct28 #RondaVsBella #DontbeaDNB." Aside from the rivalry between AJ Styles and Samoa Joe, this is the most personal rivalry we've seen in years. It's definiely whetting the appetite for those of us waiting for the Rousey v. Nikki Bella championship match that will take place at Evolution this Sunday. I'm sure we will see another exchange between Rousey and The Bellas tonight on WWE Raw. Get your popcorn now! #RondaRousey #TheBellaTwins #WWE #WWEUniverse #WWERaw #Evolution #WWEEvolution See the Insta-exchange below:

On Saturday, Selma Blair revealed on Instagram that she is battling autoimmune disease Multiple Sclerosis. She revealed that she was diagnosed with the illness in August, and she was inspired to share her story by her costumer Allisa Swanson.
You can see the Instagram post below. What is Multiple Sclerosis? MS is a long-lasting disease that affects the spinal cord, brain, and eyes. It causes a lot of problems with ones muscle control, vision, balance and other bodily functions. Effects are different for those who have the disease, and symptoms can range from mild to severe. The disease is progressive, and nerves in ones body will deteriorate over time and may become permanently damaged. According to Blair's post, she is "in the thick of it," and she hopes her story will "give some hope to others." Additionally, she thanked friends Sarah Michelle Geller, Jaime King, and Freddie Prinze Jr. for support. The National Institute of Health reports that 400,000+ people in the US suffer from MS. Celebrities such as Montel Williams, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, and Jack Osbourne struggle with the disease. #SelmaBlair #MultipleSclerosis #Trending #Instagram
![]() After starring in the ever-so-popular 'Sharknado' franchise for several years, it looks like Tara Reid is finding herself in a bit of a controversy. On Monday, Ms. Reid was removed from a Delta Air Lines flight for 'customer disturbance" issues. According to other passengers on the plane, Reid became very vocal about not getting a window seat. She also complained about the reclining seat in front of her, and she was vocal about the lack of pillows on the plane. One of the passengers on the plane took video of the incident and uploaded it to YouTube. Reid and her traveling companion, her dog Beso, were removed from the plane. According to Reid, she left the plane voluntarily after flight attendants wouldn't allow her dog to sit with her. Linda Hogan, of 'Hogan Knows Best' fame, sided with Reid, and even tweeted her support (while mentioning both Fox News and Delta in her tweet). She also said that Reid was punished because she is white and privileged. At the same time, she said that the attendants were overworked, nasty, and leftists: "Those B*TCHY JEALOUS overworked nasty flight attendants are pulling a left stunt . Tara’s seat probably cost as much as 8 low life passengers in the BACK , screw you @delta. Shame on @Delta for not accommodating a first class client the flight attendants are obviously jealous she’s white and privileged and they did everything they could do to make her a spectacle #Spare-me — Linda Hogan (@LindaHogan) October 16, 2018" My Two Cents I wanted to be unbiased while tackling this story. However, Linda Hogan is making it really difficult. Beating down on the "little people," the attendants who spend most of their days in the air and away from their families, is just disgusting. These attendants work relentlessly to keep everyone passenger happy and safe while they fly. It's an underpaid, tiring, and thankless job. I have respect for what the flight attendants go through on a daily basis. Linda Hogan needs to apologize for her crude and classless comments, not just to the attendants, but also to the passengers that were on that flight. Linda, you are a deplorable human being. #TaraReid #CelebNews #Trending #Sharknado |
