Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson shared his Sunday cheat meal, and it is absolutely spectacular. Just about every sushi roll you could think of graced The Rock's table. The Great One sat down and indulged in the soosh train, while watching a Johnny Cash documentary on his laptop. (see below) Dwayne Johnson, once again I am in awe of you! You definitely took it to new and delicious levels. I applaud you, sir. #DwayneJohnson #TheRock #Sushi #SooshTrain #JohnnyCash #BodyBuilding #Fitness #StrengthTraining #CheatDay #CheatMeal #WWE

If you were hoping to catch up on all things Facebook during your day off, it looks like your hopes are being dashed. Facebook is currently experiencing technical difficulties, and has been down for at least 30 minutes. People are already swarming Twitter, Instagram, and other social media networks to find out more information and to mock the outage.
No word on when Facebook will be made available, but it looks like we will have to kick it old school and read a book. Even more shocking, we might have to interact with people around us. Dark times we live in, ya'll! Facebook outage 2018: We will rebuild. PS - Messenger is working! #Facebook #FacebookOutage #SocialMedia #WeWillRebuild #Trending ![]()
The biggest wildfires in California history have been the trending topic for the last couple of days. With celebrities such as Miley Cyrus, Camille Grammar, and Gerard Butler reporting total property loss, members of social media have been making their opinion known. The sad part is, the majority of people on social media are mocking the property loss.
People are saying that it is "no big deal that some celebrities lost their homes, because they have insurance and have 5 more homes." The same people have also said that it is an "insult that celebrity loss is being reported, and real loss isn't." Last I checked, any loss is a real loss. Just because someone is a celebrity, it does not make them immune to loss. As for mocking them for losing their homes, who are you to mock this loss? These people lost complete homes. They had roots in these homes, memories, and mementos that cannot be replaced. It is a devastating loss, and no amount of money can fix those types of losses. Also, what is not being talked about as much is what some of the evacuated celebrities are doing for the hardworking firefighters. Khloe Kardashian went into a CVS and bought a sh*t ton of stuff for those who are trying to stop the fires. Whether they are directly or indirectly affected by the fires, celebrities are posting links to where people can donate money, water, and such. I don't know who raised those of you who are savagely mocking celebs who lost their homes, but you should all be ashamed of yourselves. I hope you never experience a total loss of property. No matter how rich or poor someone is, losing a place where you had roots and memories is tragic and the most expensive thing imaginable. You might want to take a good and hard look at yourselves. My thoughts and prayers are with California at this time, and the loved ones of the 31 souls lost in the fire. I have visited California a few times and I love the state. I pray that the flames die out and no more loss is experienced. God, please be with the good folks in California. Please put out these fires. In his latest Instagram post, my favorite person to follow has offered words of encouragement for those who have sustained injuries, and are looking to come back from them.
Johnson shared a pic from his intense Leg Day workout and spoke about his previous injuries. He then said these words that definitely fill my heart and spirit with hope: "When overcoming your past demons/ fight thru the discomfort focus on health and wellness build back your muscle with an even greater quality and density apply smart pain management And cheat meals and tequila like a motherf*cker! ð ð£ ð¥" (You can see the entire post below) My Two Cents Those of you who follow my website, you have heard me speak about my spinal injury. For me, one of the worst injuries you can have is one that involves the spine. I went from not being able to walk for periods of time, to killing it in the gym every chance I get. After 2 surgeries, and not giving up on myself, I am in better shape now than I was before I injured my spine. I still do some slight modification because I have that small fear of re-injuring myself, and with having a baby boy who is completely dependent on me for his care, I cannot afford to have an injury. I love Dwayne Johnson's words about building muscle back with greater quality and density. At the same time, he says to apply smart pain management. One thing that I have found that helps me recover from a crazy workout is having a protein shake after every workout, and increasing protein in my diet. If I have to, I take over-the-counter pain reliever. I'm very much into weightlifting myself, and after I had my son, I slowly started weightlifting. I am still going slow at it (due to my back), but I'm lifting twice as much now than I was back then. I increase my weights every 2 to 3 weeks (when the current weights I'm using get to be too easy). The first time back in the gym from having my son, I was lifting about 25 pounds. Now, I'm doing 50-60 pounds. If you have an injury, there are ways to workout around it. The worst thing you can do is to sit and do nothing. You do not want atrophy to set in. Working out within your limits, while slowly going above your limits every 2 to 3 weeks, can help you rehab and get stronger. I can't wait to see The Rock's cheat day meal.
