Actress Heather Locklear was arrested at her home in California on Monday. She is being charged with alleged domestic violence.
Police responded to a domestic disturbance late Sunday night in Thousand Oaks. The victim of the alleged domestic violence was a boyfriend who had a visible physical injury. The victim declined treatment at a local medical facility. When Locklear was approached by deputies, she was reportedly uncooperative and at times combative. Along with her domestic violence charge, she is also charged with 3 misdemeanor counts of battery against a police officer.
