Kardashian has been an advocate for fitness and healthy living for the last several years. About 6 weeks after having True Thompson, she went back to her workouts. All her hard work has definitely paid off.
My Two Cents
I'm a huge fan of Khloe Kardashian. She is feisty, hard working, and I love her fitness ethic. She's actually inspired me to work harder at working out. I gave birth to my son in May and I've lost 30 pounds since his birth (I'm a single mom with no help, I have two work-from-home jobs, I'm writing a book, and I have a special needs cat. My days are pretty hectic, so losing this much weight is nothing short of miraculous). I have 10 more pounds to go until I'm at my pre-pregnancy weight, and then I'm going to lose an additional 15 pounds. After I get down to my goal weight, I want to gain 5-10 pounds of muscle.
It's important to teach our kids about healthy living early. I was an obese kid/teen. When I was 17, I was at my heaviest at 240 pounds. I was bullied relentlessly. I want to make sure my son doesn't have the same childhood.
Seeing everything Khloe Kardashian is doing to get her pre-baby bod back is nothing short of inspiring. Get it girl!
