![]() One of music's most popular artists has been medically forced to cancel the remainder of her European tour. Lady Gaga, who was kickin' butt on her Joanne World Tour, was forced to cancel the tour, as her chronic pain from Fibromyalgia had worsened. Her reps put out the following statement: "Last night, with strong support from her medical team, Lady Gaga made the tough decision to immediately come off the road. She is extremely sorry and deeply saddened that she cannot perform for her European fans, who have waited so patiently. She is in the care of expert medical professionals who are working closely with her so she can continue to perform for her fans for years to come." Lady Gaga also released a statement, saying: "I’m so devastated I don’t know how to describe it. All I know is that if I don’t do this, I am not standing by the words or meaning of my music. My medical team is supporting the decision for me to recover at home." Social media certainly had its share of responses. Many mocked her Fibromyalgia symptoms, while others were more sympathetic. My Two Cents I'm not a huge fan of her music, but I understand the complexities of Fibromyalgia. It is a crippling and complex disease that a few of my friends suffer from. My heart goes out to Lady Gaga, and I wish her well as she rests. Take it easy! (Source: ew.com/music/2018/02/03/lady-gaga-joanne-tour-dates-canceled-pain/amp/) Symptoms of Fibromyalgia:
