If you own an AmazonBasics external power bank, you may want to check and see if it is a part of this recall alert.

Amazon is recalling over a quarter million AmazonBasics external power banks after reports of chemical burns began to swirl. There have been around 53 reports of the power banks overheating and melting, causing chemical burns. There were 4 reports of smoke and property damage from the overheated power banks.
