![]() Could we be seeing Tim "the Toolman" Taylor and his family grace our small screens anytime soon? Well, if Tim Allen has his way, we might! At Elton John's AIDS Foundation Oscar-viewing party, a reporter from ET asked Tim Allen if the cast of Home Improvement would be "on board" for a reboot. The 64-year-old told her that the idea has been floated. He also said that if he has his way, the show would come back in the same way as the Roseanne revival. Allen also stated that while he would have no problem assuming a leadership role (if it meant the entire cast would be on board), he's still reeling from the loss of his show, 'Last Man Standing.' 'Last Man Standing' ran for 6 seasons, and was eventually cancelled in 2017. It's no secret that Tim Allen loved 'Last Man Standing (hey, we ALL did!)' Not only did we have the amazing humor of Tim Allen on 'Last Man Standing,' we also saw some of his 'Home Improvement' co-stars make cameos. Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Patricia Richardson, and Richard Karn all made appearances on the show. Stay tuned to this story. Something tells me that Tim Allen is going to seriously push for a revival, and I am crossing my fingers! I'd love to see ALL of the original Taylors reunite, especially Jonathan Taylor Thomas. I had a serious crush on him as a teen in the 1990s. From seeing him on Last Man Standing, he's hot all grown up! As for Last Man Standing, I'm still mad that they cancelled that show. There was no reason for the show to end. It was hilarious, popular, and relevant. The network should be ashamed of themselves. source: www.etonline.com/tim-allen-says-hes-very-interested-in-a-home-improvement-reboot-exclusive-97706
