Waiting for the guy to make a move on Tinder will be a 'thing of the past.' Soon, women everywhere will not only be able to swipe on someone they like, they will be able to message them first!
The parent company of Tinder, Match Group, confirmed the news to CNN last week. Match Group's CEO Mandy Ginsberg released the following statement: "As a woman CEO running a company that touches millions of women around the world, it's a big priority for me and an area that I'm particularly passionate about. We build products for everyone, everywhere and I intended to ensure we are consistently innovating and delivering products and features to address the needs of men, and of course, from my perspective, especially women, who are looking to meet someone new." It is unknown when this new feature will roll out, but the feature could become active in Match Group's other companies first. These companies include: OKCupid, Plenty of Fish, and match.com. source: www.weny.com/story/37695531/tinder-to-introduce-feature-for-women-to-message-first
