If you have a frozen bag of Tyson chicken strips, you may want to pay attention.
About 12 million pounds of ready-to-eat frozen chicken strips are being recalled because they may contain metal. This is an expansion of a previous recall of over 69,000 pounds of chicken strips from this past March.
The recall was ordered after the company received two consumer complaints of "extraneous material" in its chicken strip products.
Products in the recall were produced between October 1, 2018 and March 8, 2019. They have the number "P-7221" on the back of the package and a "use by date" from October 1, 2019 to March 7, 2020.
