Larry Nassar, the disgraced USA gymnastics doctor accused of molesting 265 girls, has been sent to a high security prison in Arizona.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the 54-year-old was sent to the US Penitentiary in Tuscan, Arizona on Saturday. He joins over 1,300 fellow inmates. He is scheduled to be released on March 23, 2069.
There have been other investigations made in the molestation cases. Michigan State, the US Olympic Committee, and USA gymnastics have been accused of failing to investigate complaints of child molestation. Many senior officials for both Michigan State and USA Gymnastics have been forced to resign.
My Two Cents
You might be wondering what happened to his other sentences. Fear not! He was sentenced to 60 years federal term for child pornography, 40 to 125 years for child molestation, and another 40 to 175 years in Michigan.
Besides, by the time he is released from Arizona, he will be 105 years old. I doubt he will live to that age.
