Holy Chalupas! The Fuller House world was shocked yesterday when TVLine reported that Netflix might possibly end 'Fuller House' after the conclusion of season 4.
Netflix released a comment, saying that "No decision has been made about the future of Fuller House; we're looking forward to the premiere of Season 4 later this year."
As of right now, a season 4 premiere date has not been released. However, there is buzz that season 4 will be available sometime in December 2018.
My Two Cents
I was actually upset when I heard about the possible cancellation of season 4. There are still storylines that need to be played out, and these storylines could keep the show going for a few more seasons. For example, Stephanie Tanner is awaiting her baby. I'm sure fans want to see how Stephanie Tanner adjusts to motherhood. I want to see Stephanie Tanner and Jimmy Gibbler get married. Speaking of marriages, while it would be predictable and unoriginal, I'm a sucker for happy endings...I need to see DJ and Steve get married. It just has to happen. He's not as creepy anymore and he has the same charm that he had on the original show. Hell, if DJ doesn't want him, I'm single..I'll marry him!! Hahaha!
Maybe Kimmy and Fernando can have another kid. What about the appearance of Vickie Larson at the end of last season? Maybe she and Danny Tanner could get back together.
Bottom line is, there are still A TON of storylines that need to be told. The show is not done yet. Besides, it's one of Netflix's most popular shows. Netflix would lose thousands of subscribers if they cancelled Fuller House.
Now if you excuse me, I need to listen to some New Kids on the Block so I can calm tf down. #BlockheadForLife!
