Early on in my Celiac/GF journey, I came across this recipe, the recipe was for a quick turkey chili. Since I had gluten free cornbread mix in my pantry, I decided to bake cornbread muffins along with it.
The turkey chili is naturally gluten free and was painless to put together. Once finished, I indulged and it hit the spot.
