![]() Yesterday, the WWE universe welcomed Ivory into the class of 2018 WWE Hall of Fame. While many congratulated Ivory for a much-deserved and long overdue honor, others were livid that another iconic female wrestler wasn't named: Chyna. Fans erupted in anger on social media, saying that Chyna deserves it more than Ivory, that she was a more prolific figure in WWE. Chyna was a force to be reckoned with, and certainly a legend in her own right. Her untimely death nearly 2 years ago stunned the WWE Universe, and the loss still stings today. Chyna was a trailblazer for female wrestlers. She was the first female to join in the men's Royal Rumble. She was the first female Intercontinental Champion. She wrestled better than most of the male wrestlers during the Attitude Era. Her contribution to female wrestling lasted long after she left the WWE in 2001. Chyna was a legend, and is well-deserving of being inducted into the Hall of Fame. I'm sure her time will come. We all just need to be patient. In the meantime, why can't we just be happy for the individuals who have been inducted this year? They are all icons and are too deserving of this honor. Chyna wouldn't want her fans to be salty about her not being named. Besides, who says she won't be named this year? They haven't even named half of the inductees yet! There is still time, people! If it isn't this year, it could be next year.
