Is Amanda Bynes pregnant?

Miss Amanda Bynes is full of surprises this year. First, she announces she's engaged to a mystery man named Paul. They break up 3 weeks later. They reunited a week ago, and now news is circulating that she's pregnant.
On Tuesday, her fiance (or ex..I can't keep up lol) posted a series of photos announcing the news. The slideshow included an ultrasound photo (see below) with Bynes' name on it. The announcement was captioned with "Baby in the making."

Bynes is currently in treatment for continued care of mental health issues. Her court-appointed lawyer had no comment when they contacted PEOPLE.

The Instagram slideshow has been taken down by Paul Michael. Bynes has not yet confirmed the pregnancy news.

My Two Cents
There is a lot about this situation that doesn't smell right to me. Their relationship status is not quite solid (they meet at the end of 2019, announce their engagement on Valentine's Day 2020, break up 3 weeks later, and get back together a week ago), she's in a treatment center for continued mental illness care, and a pregnancy announcement is made on Instagram (and subsequently taken down).

From what I was able to gather about the reported pregnancy, Bynes' is said to be very early on (maybe a month or two pregnant).
It is a known fact that you wait to announce anything until you're entering the second trimester (a lot can unfortunately happen in the first trimester).

If they are expecting, there is a lot that they need to figure out and get through because, parenting tests the f*ck out of you. You need to be mentally and emotionally solid in order to navigate the rough waters of parenting. I'm a single mom, and when I found out I was expecting my son, it was at the worst possible time. I was recovering from a spinal fusion I had 5 months prior (it takes a year to fully recover from the surgery I had), I had just started a high paying job, and I had just moved into my dream apartment. I was back with my first love and my life was what I dreamed of during the 4 years I was disabled from my spinal injury.
I was devastated to find out I was pregnant. My first love left me (before he left, I found out he was a compulsive liar), I had to quit my job because my pregnancy was high risk, and I had to give up my apartment and move back home because I needed help. On top of all of that, my grandfather died during this time (he helped my dad raise me).
I had to mature kicking and screaming. I did fall in love with expecting a baby, and all I wanted to do was protect him and love him forever.

My son is turning 2 in May and I'm still taking it day by day. What matters is I have a healthy and happy child. Amanda Bynes and Paul Michael will have to grow and mature A LOT in order to handle this situation (if they are expecting). I hope they lean on positive support systems during this time.  

What ever is going on, I hope that Amanda and Paul are finding happiness and peace.
