"Go home Roger," and tune into Netflix. Beloved 90s sitcom 'Sister, Sister' has officially arrived!
As of today (Tuesday), all 6 seasons of 'Sister, Sister' are now available for your binge-watching and nostalgia pleasure. The show, which ran from 1994 to 1999, starred our favorite twins Tia Mowry-Hardrict and Tamara Mowry-Housley. They played Tia Landry and Tamara Campbell. The show followed the sisters as they reunited 14 years after they were separated at birth. The sisters, and their families, moved in together. Netflix announced earlier in the summer that it had acquired 6 classic comedies led by Black actors. 'Moesha' launched first, on August 1. The first 3 seasons of 'The Game' launched on August 15. 'Girlfriends' will be available on September 11, and 'The Parkers' will be available on October 1. 'Half and Half' will launch on October 15. As a 90s teen, I watched A TON of TV. I wasn't invited out anywhere, so I watched TV. I grew up watching 'Moesha,' 'Sister, Sister,' 'The Parkers,' and 'Half and Half.' I am so excited that more of my favorite shows from the 1990s will be available to stream on Netflix. I'm seriously excited for 'The Parkers.' I love Countess Vaugn, and I'm a huge fan of Jenna Van Oy (I'm a huge Blossom fan).
