Your standards are extremely high right now, and onlookers could perceive you as being 'hard to please.' People may be trying to tell that to you right now, but you have no interest in listening to "the haters." You might want to listen to your posse, both personal and business.
With the 3 of Pentacles in reverse, you are shown as not being a team player. This is where your Queen of Swords appeal is working against you. You are causing disorganization in all your circles, and this is a BIG no-no during Mercury in Retrograde. Mercury in Retrograde is notorious for causing miscommunication. You can still be a Queen, but you need to reign it in some. Even Queens have to depend on their team to get things done!
